Section 67A prospectively inserted by Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 section 62(3) and Schedule 13 para 119 from a date to be appointed. However, Finance Act 2008 section 129 and Schedule 43 para 4 prospectively omits section 67A from a date to be appointed.
