Manner of making adjustments to give effect to Part

Section 215 explains how tax adjustments required under the transfer pricing rules may be put into effect.

  • When the transfer pricing rules require a tax adjustment, it can be carried out in several different ways.
  • One method is through the discharge (cancellation) of a tax liability.
  • Another method is through the repayment of tax already paid.
  • Adjustments may also be made by modifying an existing tax assessment or by any other appropriate means.
