Exercise of functions

Section 52 originally dealt with how certain functions were to be exercised, but has been repealed in its entirety.

  • Section 52 has been fully repealed and is no longer in force.
  • The repeal was effected by The Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/108).
  • The section originally related to the exercise of functions under the Act.
  • Any matters previously covered by this section are now addressed elsewhere following the tribunals reform in Scotland.
