Schedule 3 paragraph 6 originally amended provisions relating to contributions from persons receiving legal advice or assistance in Northern Ireland, but has since been repealed.

  • This paragraph previously amended Article 7(2) of the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order concerning contributions from persons receiving advice or assistance
  • The paragraph has been fully repealed and is no longer in force
  • The repeal was effected by the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, which modernised the legal aid framework in Northern Ireland
  • The commencement of the repeal was brought into effect by the Access to Justice (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015
