Assessment of disposable capital and income (Northern Ireland legal aid)

Schedule 3, paragraph 7 contained an amendment to Northern Ireland legal aid provisions regarding the assessment of disposable capital and income, but this paragraph has since been repealed.

• This paragraph originally amended Article 14(5) of Northern Ireland legal aid legislation concerning the assessment of disposable capital and income.
• The entire paragraph has been repealed and its text removed from the statute book.
• The repeal was effected by the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, which replaced the earlier legal aid framework in Northern Ireland.
• The commencement of the repeal was brought into effect by the Access to Justice (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, subject to transitional provisions.
