Amendment to parliamentary procedure for certain regulations

Schedule 4, paragraph 6 amends section 172(11A) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 to extend the draft affirmative Parliamentary procedure requirement to regulations made under a new section 141.

• Amends section 172(11A) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992
• Extends the list of regulation-making powers subject to the draft affirmative Parliamentary procedure
• Adds section 141 alongside the existing references to sections up to and including section 118
• Ensures that regulations made under section 141 must be laid in draft and approved by the Assembly before they can come into force
