Annual rates of duty

Section 11D formerly set out annual rates of vehicle excise duty but has been repealed.

  • Paragraph 11D of Schedule 1 previously contained provisions relating to annual rates of vehicle excise duty.
  • The entire paragraph has been repealed and is no longer in force.
  • The repeal was made by Finance Act 2014, section 83(9).
  • Any matters previously covered by this paragraph are now addressed elsewhere in the legislation.
