Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 section 65

Repeals and revocations

Section 65 provides for the repeal of earlier legislation and the revocation of earlier statutory instruments that are superseded by the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.

• Earlier Acts of Parliament listed in Part I of Schedule 5 are repealed to the extent specified in that Schedule.
• Earlier statutory instruments listed in Part II of Schedule 5 are revoked to the extent specified in that Schedule.
• The third column of Schedule 5 sets out the precise extent of each repeal or revocation.
