The International Road Haulage Permits Act 1975

Paragraph 8 of schedule 3 updates a cross-reference in the International Road Haulage Permits Act 1975 so that it refers to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 instead of the earlier legislation it replaced.

• This is a consequential amendment to the International Road Haulage Permits Act 1975.
• It updates section 1(6) of that Act to refer to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.
• The amendment replaces the previous legislative reference with the new 1994 Act reference.
