Paragraph 1D (repealed)

Schedule 1 paragraph 1D has been repealed and no longer has any operative effect in the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.

  • Paragraph 1D of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 has been fully repealed.
  • The repeal was made by Finance Act 2025, section 66(6) and (17).
  • The entire text of the paragraph has been removed, leaving no remaining provisions in force.
  • Any vehicle excise duty rules that were previously contained in this paragraph no longer apply.
