Annual rates of duty

Section 9B formerly set out annual rates of vehicle excise duty but has been repealed in its entirety.

  • Paragraph 9B of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 previously dealt with annual rates of vehicle excise duty.
  • The entire provision was repealed by the Finance Act 2014, Schedule 18, paragraph 7.
  • No substantive content remains in force under this paragraph.
  • Any rates or rules formerly contained in paragraph 9B are now addressed elsewhere in the legislation as amended.
