Schedule 1 paragraph 9A was a provision that has been entirely repealed and is no longer in force.

• Paragraph 9A of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 has been repealed in full.
• The repeal was made by the Finance Act 2014, Schedule 18, paragraph 7.
• The paragraph no longer has any operative effect for vehicle excise duty purposes.
• Any matters previously governed by this paragraph should be considered under the replacement provisions introduced by the Finance Act 2014.
